Answer : During the shows, a member of the reception staff is
specifically designated to assist persons with reduced mobility.
Customers who require assistance must report to the main security
desk.The Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier is equipped with an audio system
that enables hearing-impaired spectators to tune their digital
receivers into the frequency of the system in order to receive the
signal of the show. Members of the audience wishing to avail
themselves of this service must bring their own digital
receivers.

Question : Where do I pick up
my tickets?
Answer : At the ticket office:
Customers can pick up their tickets at the ticket office counter 45
minutes to an hour before the show starts or from noon to 9 p.m.
Monday through Saturday. Tickets must be picked up by the credit
card holder. If someone other than the card holder picks up the
tickets, he or she must have written and signed authorization from
the card holder, as well as photocopies of both the front and back
of the card.
By mail:
Tickets can be mailed if they are purchased at least 15 days before
the date of the show.

Answer : The telephone service ticketing is open from 9am to 20h,
Monday to Saturday.
The service at the counters is in operation from noon to 20:30 or
half an hour after the curtain raiser, Monday to Saturday.
